Step 1 — Audit (Week 1)

We review your current setup (or planned hires), identify compliance gaps, and quote you a fixed monthly fee. No commitment.

Step 2 — Onboard (Week 2–3)

We register where needed, take over from your current accountant or agency, and set up your team in our HRMS.

Step 3 — Run (Monthly, ongoing)

Payroll runs on schedule. Compliance filings happen on schedule. You get a single monthly invoice in your currency. You go back to your actual job.

How we price

Fixed monthly fee per employee. No percentage-of-salary games. No hidden statutory pass-through markups.

Ranges are indicative; exact figures are confirmed after discovery. We never disclose India-side staff costs or quote as a percentage of Indian salaries.

We already have an India entity. Can you take over our existing payroll?

Yes. Most engagements start exactly this way. We audit what’s there, identify gaps, take over operations within 2–3 weeks.

We don’t have an India entity. Can you still help?

Yes — through EOR. We employ your team in India under our entity; they work for you. You skip the entity setup entirely.

How fast is onboarding?

2–3 weeks for existing entities. 4–6 weeks if we’re also setting up EOR or registering you for the first time.

What’s the minimum engagement size?

We work with as few as 1 employee. Setup fee waived from 5+.

Do you handle expat / foreign employees in India too?

Yes — including FRRO, work visa renewals, and tax equalisation coordination.
