We’ve been running India teams for ten years.

Sevendyne started in 2016 as an app development firm. Our first international clients quickly asked us to handle the rest — payroll, compliance, recruiting, office space. We said yes. We’ve been saying yes ever since.

Today we’re the operational backbone for three long-term clients with dedicated full-time India teams, plus shorter engagements across the UK, Germany, UAE, Malaysia, and Singapore.

How we got here

2016 — Founded in Kochi, Kerala. Started as freelance app development picking up international clients.
2018+ — UK engineering client engagement begins (PLC/SCADA, C++/Qt). Multi-year, still active.
2022 — German navigation systems client onboarded. Embedded C++ and real-time systems work.
2024 — German data analytics client onboarded. Python and data engineering team built from scratch.
2026 — Active long-term client programmes across the UK, Germany, and India. Full operational stack (payroll, compliance, recruiting, office, training). Internal HRMS handling all client team operations.

What “infrastructure” actually means

When we say infrastructure, we mean the boring, important work that makes a remote team actually function:

Statutory compliance — PF, ESIC, professional tax, TDS, GST, labour law filings, EOR setup where needed.
Payroll — monthly cycles, payslips, tax deductions, reimbursements, year-end Form 16.
Recruiting — sourcing, interviews, offers, onboarding.
Office space — Kochi office available for teams who want it.
Remote management — for teams that don’t.
Internal HRMS — invoicing, staff payouts, leave, records, automated dispatch. Built in-house.
Training — for client teams and our own developers.

A note from the founder

I started Sevendyne in 2016 after eight years across India, Malaysia, and Saudi Arabia working as a software developer. I saw a lot of offshore engagements go badly — usually because someone treated the team as a transaction instead of an operation.

Sevendyne is the firm I wish my employers had hired. Long-term, operator-run, full-stack. We keep the portfolio deliberately small so each engagement gets the full ops layer — if the fit is right, we’d rather add one strong programme than chase volume.
