Sevendyne Consultancy Services LLP ("Sevendyne", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit sevendyne.com, use our public tools (for example cost or payroll calculators), book calls through linked schedulers, read content served from our blog integration, correspond with us by email at sales@sevendyne.com or hr@sevendyne.com (see sections below), or engage us for professional services. It applies alongside our Terms of Service and any separate written agreement you sign for a specific engagement.

1. Services this policy covers

Sevendyne provides India payroll, statutory compliance, and HR operations; dedicated offshore tech teams (employment and workforce programmes where agreed); custom software and app development; managed IT & cloud hygiene where in scope; and IT skills training, as described on Services, Workforce, Pricing, Training, and Projects. We run day-to-day payroll and compliance workflows on our in-house HR and payroll platform (internal operations tooling — not a separate product we sell). Personal data may be processed when we deliver or discuss any of the above, plus website and marketing activity. Depending on your relationship with us, that can include:

Custom software & integrations — building, integrating, or modernising websites, applications, and APIs; technical governance where your contract includes it; and project artefacts in tickets, repositories, or environments as defined in your statement of work (see Projects by technology).
India payroll, HR & compliance — salary processing, payslips, PF/ESIC, TDS, Professional Tax, GST and books rhythm, MCA/ROC coordination, and reporting aligned to your entity or consultant model (overview: India payroll & compliance; deeper operational detail: HR & payroll operations).
Dedicated teams & India employment programmes — recruiting, contracts, onboarding, attendance, exits, and India-side workforce administration for client-directed teams when that is in scope (see Dedicated tech teams and Workforce).
Training & skills programmes — enquiries and enrolment-related data for Training and related pages, including names and contact details you submit on forms.
Website, tools & marketing — contact and expansion enquiries, brochures and portfolio materials, and understanding how visitors use our public pages and calculators.

Commercially, ongoing operations are often described as operational tier retainers and discrete build work as performance milestones (Standard Operations, Growth Architecture, Venture Suite). Exact fees and scope are defined in your agreement; this policy describes how we handle personal data regardless of tier.

2.2 India payroll, HR & compliance — workforce & statutory records

When your engagement includes payroll, HR, or compliance execution for you or your India workers, we may process categories such as:

Employee or contractor identifiers; date of birth; PAN; bank account details for salary; compensation and deductions; attendance and leave; statutory identifiers where required
Documents needed for employment, tax, PF/ESIC, Professional Tax, GST, TDS, MCA/ROC, and related filings
Resumes and interview notes when we recruit or place people for your team

2.3 Software delivery & technical environments

Project requirements, specifications, credentials for staging systems (handled under your instructions and our access policies)
Code, configuration, and operational data you place in repositories or environments we help operate — governed by your contract and confidentiality terms

2.4 Technical & usage data

IP address, browser, device, and approximate location (from IP)
Pages viewed, referring URLs, session activity, and aggregated analytics on our website

3. How we use your information

To perform contracts — software and integration delivery, India payroll and statutory compliance (including payroll/HR records where in scope), dedicated team and employment programmes, and technical governance you have engaged us for
To respond to enquiries, send proposals, schedule calls, and operate sales and client onboarding
To meet legal and regulatory obligations in India and other jurisdictions where applicable (tax, labour, corporate filings)
To secure our systems, detect abuse, and protect Sevendyne, clients, and individuals
To improve our website and service delivery through aggregated or de-identified insights where appropriate

4. Legal bases (where applicable)

For individuals in jurisdictions that require a stated basis: we rely primarily on performance of a contract, legal obligation (statutory filings and record-keeping), and, where allowed, legitimate interests in operating a professional services business and securing our platform. Where consent is required (for example certain marketing cookies or optional communications), we will ask separately.

5. Information sharing & subprocessors

We do not sell personal data. We may share information with:

Service providers who assist us — for example cloud hosting, email delivery, accounting and payroll platforms (we use structured tools such as Zoho Payroll, Zoho People, and Zoho Books for many operating workflows), calendar scheduling, and IT security — only on our instructions and subject to confidentiality
Professional advisers — chartered accountants, company secretaries, auditors, or lawyers when your engagement requires coordinated filings or advice
Authorities when required by law, court order, or lawful government request
Clients or counterparties only where necessary to deliver the service you asked for (for example payroll reporting to your finance lead)

Some subprocessors may host or process data outside India; we use appropriate safeguards and contractual protections consistent with the engagement.

7. Data retention

Sevendyne is based in India. If you are outside India, your information may be processed in India and in other countries where our subprocessors operate. We use appropriate safeguards (including contractual clauses where required) when we transfer personal data across borders in connection with client engagements.

Our website and professional services are not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
