How we build a team for you

Week 1 — Specification

We work with you to define roles, seniority, stack, and team shape. No “let’s see who we have on the bench.” Roles are built for you.

Week 2–4 — Recruiting

We source and screen candidates against your spec. Final round interviews are done by you. You hire who you want; we won’t pad the team.

Week 4–8 — Onboard

Office space if needed. Equipment. NDA and IP assignment in place before code is written. Day-one delivery setup with your tooling.

Ongoing — Run

Daily standups in your timezone overlap. Monthly delivery reviews. Quarterly retention check-ins. We keep your team intact; if someone leaves, we backfill in 4 weeks at our cost during the transition.

How we price

Monthly fixed fee per developer, in your currency, against the hiring rate in your geography (not against Indian salaries).

Includes payroll, compliance, office, recruiting, management. No additional fees. Confirm exact ranges on a call.

FAQ

How is this different from staff augmentation?

We don’t hand you a CV and walk away. We employ the developer, run their day-to-day operations, and own the retention problem. You manage the work; we manage everything else.

Do we own the IP?

Yes — full IP assignment is part of our standard contract. Code, designs, documentation — all yours from day one.

What if a developer leaves?

We backfill within 4 weeks. The first month of the replacement’s pay is on us (transition cost is our problem, not yours).

Can we visit our team?

Yes — Kochi office is open to clients. Some clients visit yearly, some never. Both are fine.

Do you run any teams fully remote?

Yes. Most of our dedicated teams run fully remote today. Office is available if you want it; not required.

What stacks do you have depth in?

C++ / Qt / embedded — multi-year UK and German engagements. Python / data engineering — German engagement since 2024. App development — full-stack JavaScript, mobile (cross-platform). We don’t claim depth in stacks we haven’t shipped in.
