Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sevendyne Platform, operated by Sevendyne Consultancy Services LLP ("Sevendyne", "we", "our").

By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Offered

Sevendyne offers three core services:

Basic Payroll Services: Monthly salary processing, payslips, TDS, PF/ESI/PT coordination, and CA coordination for Indian companies and foreign companies paying staff in India.
HR Operations & Payroll Management: Payroll plus full HR operations — onboarding, attendance, leave, exit processing, and statutory records — so you don’t need an internal HR team.
Global Client & International Workforce Management: Payroll, compliance, and HR for foreign companies hiring or managing employees in India, including Employer of Record (EOR) and independent consultant payroll, without setting up a local entity.

2. Engagement & Contracts

All services are governed by separate written agreements defining scope, pricing, timelines, confidentiality, and termination conditions.

3. Payments

Invoices must be paid as agreed
Late payments may result in suspension of services
Taxes are applicable as per law

4. Intellectual Property

Platform content belongs to Sevendyne. Client intellectual property remains the client's property unless agreed otherwise.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary, technical, and personal information.

6. Disclaimer & Liability

Services are provided on a best-effort basis. Liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate as per the engagement agreement. Outstanding dues remain payable.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Kochi, Kerala.
