These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of sevendyne.com and related public communications from Sevendyne Consultancy Services LLP ("Sevendyne", "we", "our"), and they frame how we offer professional services. They work together with our Privacy Policy.
By accessing or using our website or engaging us for services, you agree to these Terms unless we sign a separate agreement that explicitly overrides them for a specific engagement.
Sevendyne is a software and engineering services practice: we deliver custom software and app development (websites, APIs, integrations, modernisation — see Projects); dedicated India tech teams, related employment programmes, India payroll, statutory compliance, and HR operations for people on programmes we deliver and for clients who engage us for workforce operations only (see Workforce & India teams and India payroll & compliance); cloud and infrastructure hygiene only where explicitly included in your written delivery scope (not as a standalone “managed IT” product line); skills training and mentoring programmes where offered (see Technical training and Training & programmes); and client-team delivery enablement (onboarding and skills work scoped inside professional engagements when your contract includes it). Public descriptions appear on Services and Pricing; exact scope is always in your written agreement.
The public site publishes indicative payroll and employment economics on the Pricing page and on India payroll & compliance. Exact fees, inclusions, and pass-throughs (for example employee gross salary and statutory payments) are defined only in your written agreement and statements of work. Legacy agreements may use internal labels (for example payroll-only vs. EOR-style scope); when they do, those definitions appear in your contract, not as a promise on the public site.
Our Managed Technical Talent (MTT) commercial model uses transparent, written fee structures: payroll support may be scoped as 5% (non-EOR) or 15% for full EOR operations (10% salary overhead + 5% infrastructure support), while dedicated staffing programmes use the agreed MTT structure documented in your proposal.
Statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF/ESIC, Professional Tax, MCA/ROC timelines, books discipline, etc.) is coordinated as part of the scope we agree in writing — not as a separate public “add-on menu” unless your contract specifies otherwise.
Where a written agreement includes senior technical oversight or delivery governance for staff engaged through Sevendyne, those terms (scope, accountability, and any pass-through costs) are defined in that agreement. They are not described as a separate public “business systems & integrations” offering on the website — see Pricing and the workforce hub.
Public calculators, forms, and blog content are provided for general information only — not tax, legal, or financial advice. Outputs are illustrative; confirm numbers with us or your advisers before relying on them.
All services are governed by separate written agreements defining scope, pricing, timelines, confidentiality, and termination conditions.
Content on sevendyne.com (text, design, logos, and marketing materials) belongs to Sevendyne unless stated otherwise. Your pre-existing intellectual property remains yours. For work product and deliverables produced under a written engagement, ownership, licences, and open-source usage are defined in the relevant statement of work or master services agreement.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary, technical, and personal information.
Services are provided on a best-effort basis. Liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service.
Either party may terminate as per the engagement agreement. Outstanding dues remain payable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Kochi, Kerala.
