Step 1 · Skill map & hire plan

We map the stack you need (roles, seniority, timezone) and agree the fee package — freelance payroll, EOR, or office-managed. NDA and commercial terms are in place before placements start.

Step 2 · Place & onboard

Engineers join your tools and cadence. We run payroll and compliance for the chosen tier; your leads direct priorities. Where useful, we add code-review guardrails and senior oversight so the pod ships cleanly from day one.

Step 3 · Build the stack together

The placed team develops your product with you — code in your repos under Work for Hire where applicable. We handle retention, backfill, and (at 15%) Kochi infrastructure so the squad stays intact.
