A Malaysia–Singapore shipping operator couldn't clear data sync backlogs — communication dropped between field apps and core databases during high-frequency cross-border freight.

What we built

Re-architected the logistics backend with Laravel queue workers — async processing cleared deadlocks and restored stable field-to-core sync with zero lost packets.
