How Our Training Works

Grounded in the same environments where we run payroll, HR, and development for clients.

Whole‑day or whole‑month programs, not one‑hour inspirational talks.
Work happens on Sevendyne’s own HRMS, workforce tools, and anonymised client codebases.
Trainers are the same people who work on client delivery and operations.
Output is reviewed like real work: code reviews, simple documentation, and short demos.
Where appropriate, trainees can move into staffing engagements after training.

How Training Is Priced

Internship training — free for selected candidates who clear our screening and are willing to work on our own HRMS and client platforms during the program.
Client training / enablement — scoped per engagement based on number of people, duration (days or weeks), and the stacks we cover. We keep the structure and pricing simple and share it upfront.
