How Pricing Usually Works

Most of the cost is salaries and statutory contributions for your team, plus a clear, simple fee for Sevendyne.

  • Team salaries are agreed with you role‑by‑role. You see the same monthly salary numbers we see.
  • Payroll & HR Operations follow the same tiers as our Workforce services — Basic Payroll, HR Operations & Payroll, and Global Workforce / EOR — with fees usually starting around ₹10,000/month on the domestic side and 5–15% of gross payroll for EOR, depending on size and model.
  • No separate “staffing commission” on top of that — our fee sits inside the same payroll / EOR model rather than a second layer of percentage pricing.

If you prefer, we can share one simple monthly figure per person that already includes salary, employer contributions, and our fee.
