Sevendyne White-Label Partnership Model

Use these blocks in proposals, decks, and procurement responses. Do not list individual engineers by name — sell departments and capabilities. Architecture sign-off runs through Sevendyne’s Enterprise Architecture Office.

Core positioning statement

You own the client relationship and billing. Sevendyne builds and manages the engineering team behind your brand — engineering pods or dedicated engineering team at 15%. This model supports consultants and agencies who need institutional-grade India team operations without building an in-country desk.

The operational framework

1) You control the client and billing: You secure the project, negotiate total contract value, invoice the client directly, and control relationship strategy end-to-end.

2) We deliver enterprise engineering: Sevendyne runs execution through principal architecture and operational teams — from high-availability SaaS architecture and financial data modeling to Intelligent Process Automation.

3) You keep negotiated margins: We operate on a fixed B2B vendor rate for technical execution. You retain the remaining margin in your client contract with no commission queue or payout delays.

The Sevendyne execution guarantee

  • Zero execution risk: 20+ years of institutional expertise across C++, Python, and enterprise ecosystems supports scaling outcomes.
  • Operational independence: Established management protocols and AI-augmented workflows let our technical leadership execute without partner micromanagement.
  • Total brand protection: We operate under white-label mode. Your client sees execution quality while your consultancy receives delivery credit.

Proposal insertion — scope & delivery

Under this white-label arrangement, Partner retains full client-facing ownership (relationship, communication strategy, and billing). Sevendyne assigns a Technical Delivery Manager for delivery leadership and delivery cadence. Sevendyne’s Enterprise Architecture Office holds architecture sign-off on material design decisions. Engineering capacity is delivered via dedicated pods supported by Operations and Legal & commercial. All deliverables are executed under Work for Hire terms with IP assigned per contract.
