Pricing model (staffing & payroll): staffing uses Monthly invoice = Pass-through + (15% × Pass-through). Payroll uses 5% for non-EOR support, or 15% for full EOR operations (10% salary overhead + 5% infrastructure support). Salary and statutory remain pass-through at cost.
