Pricing & Engagement Models

Transparent structures and indicative ranges so international clients can quickly see how we work — without locking pricing to a one‑size‑fits‑all table.

All figures below are working ranges based on typical engagements. Final pricing always depends on scope, team size, technology stack, and country.

1. Project-Based Software Development

For established teams that need specific products, modules, or integrations delivered on a clear scope and timeline.

Engagement Model

  • We agree scope, milestones, and stack together, then work in iterative sprints.
  • Small, senior‑led team from Sevendyne; your team owns product direction and acceptance.
  • Source code, basic documentation, and knowledge transfer are part of the engagement.

Typical Ranges

  • Focused modules & integrations
Often start from a low five‑figure USD equivalent for well‑defined, short projects (for example, a specific API integration or analytics dashboard).
  • End‑to‑end applications and platforms
Multi‑month builds typically fall into a mid‑ to high‑five‑figure USD equivalent depending on scope, stack, and compliance requirements.

We do not publish a fixed “per screen” or “per feature” menu. The purpose of these bands is to help you decide whether Sevendyne is in the right budget range before a deeper scoping call.

2. Startup MVP Development

For founders who want to get a usable MVP or first version into the hands of real users in a fixed timeframe.

Engagement Model

  • Typical duration 8–16 weeks, depending on complexity.
  • Small core team (1–3 developers + part‑time architect/product support).
  • We prioritise a narrow but complete slice of your product: authentication, a few core workflows, and the minimum integrations needed to test with real customers.

Typical Ranges

  • Most MVPs we accept require at least a modest five‑figure USD equivalent investment, spread over 2–4 months.
  • Very small “proofs of concept” may be possible at lower budgets if scope is intentionally limited (for example, one internal tool or a single workflow on top of Zoho or your existing stack).

The exact number depends on the number of integrations, data migration, compliance requirements, and how much product design work you already have prepared.

3. Dedicated Developers & Small Squads

For SaaS and product companies that want a small, steady India team working as an extension of their own engineering organisation.

Engagement Model

  • Team members are fully dedicated to your product — not shared across multiple clients.
  • You manage day‑to‑day work, priorities, and code reviews; Sevendyne manages India‑side hiring, employment, payroll, and HR operations.
  • Teams often start with 2–4 people (for example, two full‑stack developers and a QA, or three developers) and grow over time.

Typical Monthly Cost Patterns

Actual numbers depend on skills, seniority, and country of origin of the client, but as a pattern:

  • Junior developers — lowest monthly cost band; suitable for well‑defined tasks under strong senior guidance.
  • Mid‑level developers — mainstay of most teams; balance of cost and autonomy.
  • Senior developers / leads — highest monthly band; used selectively for architecture, complex integrations, and mentoring.

All‑in monthly costs include employee salary, statutory contributions (PF/ESI/PT, etc.), and Sevendyne’s management fee. We can share example all‑in ranges for proposed roles after a short discovery discussion.

4. Payroll & HR Outsourcing / Employer of Record

For Indian companies that want payroll & HR off their plate, and for international companies hiring in India without opening a local entity.

Engagement Model

  • Basic Payroll — salaries, payslips, tax calculations, and statutory filings handled monthly.
  • HR Operations & Payroll Management — everything in payroll plus onboarding, attendance, leave, exits, and HR records.
  • Global Workforce / Employer of Record (EOR) — Sevendyne acts as legal employer in India; you manage day‑to‑day work.

Typical Ranges

  • Domestic payroll packages generally start at a modest fixed monthly fee for small teams (roughly up to 10 staff), with a simple per‑head component above that.
  • EOR and international workforce management are usually priced as a percentage of gross monthly payroll, most often in the single‑digit to low‑teens range. Smaller, high‑touch teams sit towards the higher end; larger teams trend lower.

For EOR clients, we can share example scenarios (such as “two senior developers in India supporting a German SaaS product”) so you can see how the percentage translates into an all‑in monthly figure.
