Sevendyne Consultancy Services LLP is a small, founder‑led company in Kerala, India. Since 2016 we have run payroll, Indian statutory filings, and cross‑border teams for clients who needed India capacity without building a full local back office — then added app builds and training as engagements deepened.

Our Story Since 2016

How a small dev shop became an India operations partner.

2016 – Started with Custom App Development

Sevendyne was founded in 2016 in Kerala as a small software development company. Early work included C++/Qt applications, dashboards, and web apps for clients in India and overseas. The founder worked directly with clients, wrote code, and coordinated delivery.

2017–2019 – First Teams and Payroll

As projects grew, clients asked us to hire and manage people in India for them. We built C++ teams for a software company, then engineers for a UK engineering firm. To pay them properly, we set up payroll, PF/ESI/TDS, and compliance under Sevendyne.

2020–2022 – Training & Talent Pipelines

We ran training programs for freshers and team members with backgrounds from places like Collabera and NP Malaysia. Many trainees later joined client teams we run, so training became a practical way to keep good people coming in.

2023–Now – Full India Operations Partner

Today we combine four services — custom app development, team building & staffing, payroll & HR operations, and IT skills training. We work with clients in India, the UK, Germany, Malaysia, Singapore, the Middle East, and elsewhere — often for several years at a time. Our focus is simple: keep their India side running smoothly so they can focus on product and customers.

Custom App Development

We build software — web apps, dashboards, and integrations — using stacks like Laravel/Vue, Angular, CodeIgniter, C++/Qt, Python, and Ruby on Rails / Spree Commerce. This is how Sevendyne started.

Team Building & Staffing

When clients want those skills to live inside their own teams, we help them hire developers and engineers in India and keep them on our payroll for international companies — including long‑running engagements in the UK, Germany, Malaysia, Singapore, and the Middle East.

Payroll & HR Operations

Payroll and HR work sits underneath everything: monthly salaries, PF/ESI/TDS, documentation, and compliance. This is what lets long‑term engagements stay stable instead of becoming fragile.

IT Skills Training

Training keeps new people useful. We train freshers, interns, and client teams on our own platforms and anonymised client code so they understand how real projects work, not just theory.
