7. Termination of employment (illustrative)

  • Probation: either party — often two weeks’ written notice.
  • After confirmation: often one (1) month written notice or salary in lieu.
  • Misconduct: may terminate after show-cause; salary up to last day; serious offences may allow immediate termination (e.g. NSNC, theft, criminal offence).
  • Non-performance: notice or pay in lieu as stipulated.

8–12. Pay, hours, holidays

  • Salary: credited before month-end; CTC includes net pay and statutory / tax components handled by HR monthly.
  • Bonus & increment: discretionary based on performance and company results.
  • Statutory: mandatory deductions (where applicable) per Indian law.
  • Working hours (sample): Monday–Friday 9:00–18:00, 1-hour lunch; Saturday & Sunday rest; public holidays as published.

16–19. Duties, transfer, confidentiality, rules

  • Duties as per role; additional duties may be assigned; full-time devotion; no conflicting business.
  • Transfers may apply to meet business needs.
  • Strict company confidentiality during and after employment; breach may lead to disciplinary action including dismissal.
  • Employment also governed by company rules in force from time to time.
