3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Cooperate with our team during the service delivery process
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Pay all fees and charges in a timely manner

4. Service Delivery

4.1 Staffing Services

Our staffing services include:

4.2 Training Services

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

  • Invoices are due within 30 days of issue
  • Late payments may incur additional charges
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
  • Prices are subject to change with prior notice

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of:

  • Business information and trade secrets
  • Personal data and candidate information
  • Proprietary methodologies and processes
  • Client-specific requirements and preferences

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to:

  • Training materials and methodologies
  • Proprietary assessment tools
  • Business processes and systems
  • Website content and design

remain the property of Sevendyne Consultancy Services LLP.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sevendyne Consultancy Services LLP shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits or business opportunities
  • Data loss or system failures
  • Actions of third-party service providers

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

  • With 30 days written notice
  • Immediately for material breach
  • Upon mutual agreement

10. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or technological failures.

11. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

12. Severability

If any provision of this agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

14. Amendments

This agreement may be amended only in writing and signed by both parties.
